These Terms and Conditions have been drawn up to ensure proper use of SCM Portal platforms by users and content providers. These Terms and Conditions apply to each visit and can be modified over time, according to SCM Portal changes and evolution. Changes in Terms of Conditions are valid from the moment they are published on the platform. We encourage you to consult this page regularly to verify any update and change. By using SCM Portal, users and content providers agree on these Terms and Conditions. For more information on our Privacy Policy, please refer to Privacy & Cookies Policy page.


The following definitions apply to this document:

Content Provider any company or person publishing their own content on SCM Portal platforms
Content texts, logos, images, links and any other information published by content providers – directly or indirectly – on SCM Portal platforms
Access codes codes given by SCM Portal to content providers to publish their content or to send them to SCM Portal operations through forms
User anyone surfing on SCM Portal platforms



Copyright & Trademarks
All intellectual property rights belong to content providers who license SCM Portal a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to promote their contents through its platforms and services in order to enhance their visibility and leads generation to their websites. Content providers warrant to SCM Portal that they have full ownership and rights of contents published on SCM Portal.



Limitation of Liability
Publication of content providers' material does not imply any suggestion or advice from SCM Portal to users with reference to the information submitted by the content provider. Content, opinions, points of view and any other information published by content providers reflect their own opinion and do not represent – under any circumstance - the position of SCM Portal. SCM Portal does not recommend or endorse any product or service over another and will not be responsible for any loss, damage, cost or expense in connection with the use of information published and available on SCM Portal. SCM Portal is committed to maintaining unaltered logo, text, images, links and other information supplied by content providers in order to enable users to clearly and unambiguously identify content owners (content providers). Content providers waive any liability from SCM Portal, be it direct or indirect, arising by users from the use of contents published, and guarantee that they have full ownership and availability of property rights, use and dissemination of any published content.

SCM Portal is not responsible for the accuracy of the information published.
Even if SCM Portal is strongly committed to check and control any published information in order to give users the most up-to-date and useful information, it may occur that some contents or activities published on SCM Portal are not accurate due to a change in contents, date, link or other information related to a specific document or activity.

Users are aware and agree to contact content providers in order to get more information on a specific document or activity. SCM Portal cannot be considered responsible for any damage that may be caused to users by using the published information.



End of service
For content provider, end of service occurs in the event that:
1. The content provider requests SCM Portal to remove its contents from SCM Portal platform;
2. SCM Portal detects inappropriate or incorrect use of their systems by the content provider
End of service implies:
1. Cancellation of all contents published by the content provider from SCM Portal platforms;
2. Deactivation of access codes provided by SCM Portal to the content provider for content publication.
Under any circumstance the end of service could be considered breach of contract and subject of damages from the content provider. For more information on contents publication, please refer to How to publish page



Links to other websites
SCM Portal is aimed to enhance content providers' communication through a system that allows users direct access to the content providers' websites through their links.

SCM Portal is committed to ensuring the maximum efficiency as possible of its systems in order to offer users the best possible service. However, it may happen that some links on SCM Portal are not reachable for connection problems, server changes or other technical inconveniences. Under any circumstance SCM Portal can be held responsible by content providers for links no longer available. We recommend content providers to notify SCM Portal any change on their website in order to allow SCM Portal to minimize inconveniences to users.
