Job Description

Reporting into the Supply Planning Manager, this role will be responsible for;

  • Production planning for our UK business according to stock holding and forecasts
  • Planning seasonal stock builds, running scenarios and making recommendations
  • Ensuring data accuracy within our ERP system for your sites and lines (production dates, WOR completion…)
  • Reporting: production updates, sites performance, stock levels and production costs
  • Trouble-shooting problems which impact production, communicating any impact on the business to the right people
  • Supporting NPD launches as needed

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be highly analytical and enjoy working with excel and systems. They will also;

  • Be degree-educated in a relevant discipline
  • Have strong mathematical and reasoning skills
  • Demonstrate ownership and pro-activity
  • Be comfortable communicating with all departments and levels of seniority internally and externally
  • Have 3/5 years' experience in production/supply planning in a fast-paced FMCG business
  • Have end to end supply chain understanding
  • Have experience in NetSuite or a similar ERP management system
  • Be extremely organised, details oriented and meticulous
