Brilliant opportunity for a Procurement Sourcing Analyst to join this dynamic, innovative International Retail Pharmaceutical organisation who are at the forefront of their industry.

The Procurement Sourcing Analyst will support the daily product operation activities including: portfolio and system maintenance, facilitating member specific requests and engagement with suppliers to obtain product related information.  This role will develop in collaboration with the Operations Director; activity dashboards, establish KPI’s, drive efficiencies and automation of processes and will be central to ensure continuous improvements are implemented and new processes adopted.
  • Manage the Sourcing mailbox, classify and assign cases to relevant sourcing team members in a timely manner
  • Process product operations related cases within the agreed upon timeframe
  • Capture all discontinuations and program removals on the tracker and assign program items to the sourcing team
  • Process removal requests
  • Execute the set-up of new products, maintenance of existing products and  changes
  • Coordinate buy offers, investment buys & short dated opportunities
  • Present one time buy opportunities to the members for non-bid related buys
  • Take ownership of all research cases and ensure timely resolution
  • Process usage requests where information is not obtainable via ARK
  • Work with the Operations Director to drive improvements in processes & reporting associated with the Sourcing mailbox
  • Manage the team’s ARK work queue for all unsolicited bids, create bid packets, case references and assign to the relevant sourcing team members in a timely manner
  • Manage the daily ARK reconciliations process and report on trends to address route cause
  • Complete the monthly review in collaboration with compliance and sourcing team
  • Facilitate new supplier setup across platforms i.e. ARK, Coupa (TESS) or any future systems and ensure the new suppliers are on-boarded in relation to operational ways of working
  • Education/Experience: Bachelors degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or similar
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing, finance/business analysis or product management
  • Product management / database maintenance experience preferred, especially in generic pharmaceuticals


  • Knowledge of purchasing, sourcing and/or product management of product distributed within a multiple warehouse environment
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and/or Tableau or Alteryx
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well organised, process and team-oriented with the ability to prioritise quickly
  • Excellent communication skills and able to work with all levels of management and internal/external customers to get results quickly – able to communicate complex data to stakeholders in a simplified and action-oriented manner
  • Highly motivated self-starter; ability to initiate and manage work with minimal supervision
