My client are a well known manufacturing in Doncaster

Job Description

you will be responsible for carrying out all administration duties in a timely, accurate manner and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice and all relevant Standard Operating Procedures. This will include supporting the finance group with respect to approving courier invoices, supporting the temperature services team to upload temperature monitors, arranging shipment transfers.

As part of a busy team within a rapidly growing organization, operating within a challenging industry you will benefit from the numerous personal and professional developmental opportunities available.


Daily duties include but are not limited to completing pulse checks, tray count tracker, mileage tracker, all paperwork regarding vehicle checks including defect sheets. accurate keying in of data, checking factory shortages.


Arranging and monitoring shipments and deliveries around the world â€" typically between China and Europe

Preparing import and export documents in line with regulations to avoid any customer delays

Processing purchase orders and sales orders onto ERP system

Preparing stock reports and flagging any low stock levels

Reducing costs where possible for regular materials and sourcing more specialist raw materials

Coordinating the production/post-production on a range of shows, both animated and live action.

Liaising with in-house Producers and studios to help ensure that both phases run smoothly and on schedule.

Quality Control of Exports, ensuring audio levels, video resolution etc. are standardised to our regular output with no technical issues.

Coordinating final deliveries of video files, audio stems and any other deliverables required.

File management

Asset management

Editing work when required. This may include internal content such as presentation videos, showreels as well as scripted live action content.

The Successful Applicant

Previous experience in an export / shipping / freight or transport environment Customs experience Experience in communicating with customers Strong Microsoft Office skills

Experience working with Sage 200 and strong Excel skills

Previous experience processing and chasing customer orders

Previous experience in a supply chain or logistics role and knowledge of international trade an advantage
